A major garment manufacturer required a large industrial facility with specific column-free spans, high-bay storage, and strict fire safety compliance within a tight deadline.

We used a pre-engineered steel structure for the main production hall to achieve the required 24m column-free spans, combined with RCC for office and utility blocks. Fire suppression systems were integrated during construction.
